Charges filed against Current CEO Schanzer by Ex COO Nancy Mozzachio
CEO Bruce Schanzer is being accused of sexual harassment and pay discrimination charges by the company’s former Chief Operating Officer Nancy H Mozzachio. The decision whether of these charges is in the hands of a judge in Brooklyn.
Aside from smirking at women at the workplace, CEO Schanzer is also giving out malicious comments according to Nancy Mozzachio. CEO Schanzer also called former COO Nancy “babe” and has made a few side comments about her breasts. Aside from those, CEO Shanzer is also said to make some inappropriate joke about bringing some Double Ds to work when the former COO was drinking some coffee. Nancy was then fired from the company as COO after the lawsuit has been filed. She was terminated from her position after the meeting was canceled.

However, Nancy stated the accusations of the female employees who were experienced the same harassment as well were never looked into by the investigators. Most of the people who claimed to be sexually harassed by the CEO has been paid a large amount of money for their silence, to prevent these stories from reaching to the investigators.
